During my Christmas stay, the hotel's location was ideal for my needs as a passenger in transit, with easy access to the airport. The free pickup shuttle was prompt, and the return shuttle was efficient. the hotel staff was helpful, using translator apps on their mobile phones to help with language barriers.
The food in the nearby restaurant was poor, so I would not recommend eating there. while the hotel provided a convenient location and helpful staff, the rooms were not of the highest standard, with thin walls and uncomfortable beds.

This hotel is in a great location for those who need to stay close to the airport. The China International Exhibition Center Station is an easy 15-minute walk away, providing easy access to the city. The rooms are clean and modern with comfortable beds, and the bathrooms are well-equipped with good shower facilities. The staff are accommodating and willing to help despite limited English, with translator apps readily available. Breakfast has a good selection of options to choose from.

We loved the location of this hotel, as it was very close to the airport and also close enough to walk to the Metro at the exhibition centre. The hotel facilities were great, and the rooms were clean with comfortable bedding and a nice hot shower with good water pressure. The breakfast was good with plenty of choice, and the staff was exceptional, accommodating an early check-in and providing phone translation apps when needed.

The hotel provided free airport shuttle service and the room was clean. The staff were trying to be helpful, using language translation apps to communicate. The location was close to the airport and convenient for an overnight stay before a flight.
Spending Christmas Eve at this hotel was not a pleasant experience. The room was uncomfortably cold and the heating system was not working.
